• The main level Clock Room and Kitchenette accommodates approximately 40 people

• Hourly bookings on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays can only be made 180 or fewer days in advance

• Hourly bookings on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays maybe be booked more than 180 days in advance

• Prices do not include $250 security deposit or 5.5% sales tax
