Wedding Reception Rates

Wedding reception rates include rental of the whole building: Grand Ballroom, Main Level,

the Granite Cellar and the outdoor Danes Hall Plaza.

The Danes Hall never books another event in another area of our building during your rental,

which means our staff is devoted to your special day. 

Friday ~ 2pm - 12am ~ $3500 ~ Add-on Time $200/hour
Friday (Holiday Weekend) ~ 2pm-12am ~  $4000 ~ Add-on Time $250/hour

Saturday ~ 2pm - 12am ~ $3750 ~ Add-on Time $200/hour
Saturday (Holiday Weekend) ~ 2pm-12am ~ $4250 ~ Add-on Time $250/hour
~ 12pm - 10pm ~  $3500 ~ Add-on Time $200/hour
Sunday (Holiday Weekend)
~ 12pm-10pm ~ $4000 ~ Add-on Time $250/hour
  • Bookings can be made more than 180 days in advance

  • Prices do not include $250 security deposit or 5.5% sales tax

  • Music must end 30 minutes prior to the ending time above.

  • End time is when the building must be cleared out of everything brought in by the clients, guests, and vendors (unless adding gift opening the following morning)

  • Add-on Time price is available to time prior to 2pm on Fridays and Saturdays or 12pm on Sundays

Prices include:

  • Rental of all three levels of the fully restored historic Danes Hall for only you and your guests.

  • Up to four staff members that will be working only your event for your rental time: 

    • Event Lead - your go-to person for you and your vendors​

    • Event Assistant - works with our Event Lead with room set-up, stocking, and cleaning

    • Bartender(s)- up to 2 bartenders will be included with bar service depending on the size of your wedding.  

    • Extra bartenders may be added at an additional cost for whatever duration you'd like.

  • Private dressing room

  • Tables – round (8-10 guests), long, and/or cocktail (without chairs) with linens, limited number of 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft tables are available for head table, buffet, etc.

  • Chairs – maximum 150 at tables, 180 for row seating without tables

  • Room set up, transition to the dance, and take down

  • Use of Bluetooth audio system, wireless microphones, podium, and American flag

  • Projector and screen

  • 1896 Steinway and Sons Baby Grand Piano (must only be played by a trained pianist)

  • Flameless candles and custom colored lighting

  • Use of antique Hutch to display photos and photo easel

  • Elevator to 3 levels, Coat room, Wi-Fi, Popcorn maker, coolers, ice, coffee makers, and water dispensers



  • Ceremony set up and transition to reception ~ $200

  • Bar service – options available

  • Rehearsal Dinner/Time to Decorate the day before ~ $200/hour with a 2 hour minimum

  • Gift Opening the day after ~ $200/hour with a 2 hour minimum
