Wedding Rates

Wedding rates include rental of the building: Grand Ballroom, Main Level, and the Granite Cellar.

Due to the high rate of inflation, we have decided to REDUCE our daily wedding rates by 10% through the rest of 2022.  

We hope that this will make your dollar stretch a bit farther to have the wedding that you've always wanted.

Security Deposit, Add-on Time, Rehearsal Dinner, and Gift Opening rates will remain the same.

Friday ~ 2pm - 12am ~ was $2750 ~ now $2475 ~ Add-on Time $200/hour
Friday (Holiday Weekend) ~ 2pm-12am ~ was $3250 ~ now $2925~ Add-on Time $250/hour

Saturday ~ 2pm - 12am ~ was $3750 ~ now $3375~ Add-on Time $200/hour
Saturday (Holiday Weekend) ~ 2pm-12am ~ was $4250 ~ now $3825 ~ Add-on Time $250/hour
Sunday
~ 12pm - 10pm ~ was $2750 ~ now $2475 ~ Add-on Time $200/hour
Sunday (Holiday Weekend)
~ 12pm-10pm ~ was $3250 ~ now $2925 ~ Add-on Time $250/hour
  • Bookings can be made more than 180 days in advance

  • Prices do not include $250 security deposit or 5.5% sales tax

  • Music must end 30 minutes prior to the ending time above.

  • End time is when the building must be cleared out (unless adding gift opening the following morning)

  • Add-on Time price is available to time prior to 2pm on Fridays and Saturdays or 12pm on Sundays

Prices include:

  • Rental of all three levels of the fully restored historic Danes Hall for only you and your guests.

  • Three staff members that will be working only your event: 

    • Event Lead - your go-to person for you and your vendors​

    • Event Assistant - works with our Event Lead with room set-up, stocking, and cleaning

    • Bartender - the first bartender is included to serve your guests in the Granite Cellar or the Ballroom.  You may add more bartenders.

  • Private dressing room

  • Tables – round (8-10 guests), long, and/or cocktail (without chairs) with linens

  • Chairs – maximum 150 at tables, 200 for row seating

  • Room set up, transition(s), and take down

  • Use of Bluetooth audio system, wireless microphones, podium, and American flag

  • Projector and screen

  • 1896 Steinway and Sons Baby Grand Piano (must only be played by a trained pianist)

  • Flameless candles and custom colored lighting

  • Use of antique Hutch to display photos and photo easel

  • Elevator to 3 levels, Coat room, Wi-Fi, Popcorn maker

 

Extras:

  • Bar service – options available

  • Live streaming – we will provide equipment and staff to live stream your event

  • Rehearsal Dinner the day before ~ $300 for 2 hours

  • Gift Opening the day after ~ $300 for 2 hours
