Wedding Ceremony Only Rental
Non-holiday Rate ~ $1500 Holiday/Holiday Weekend Rate* ~ $2000

Price does not include $250 security deposit or 5.5% sales tax

Rental time is based on when the client, their vendors, and/or their guests need access to the building
Prices include:

Two hours of ballroom access the night before the wedding between the hours of 4pm and 10pm
-
Granite Cellar will be open to the public
-
If the client requests that the Granite Cellar is closed to the public, the regular hourly building rate will apply

Additional time the night before or outside of the 4pm to 10pm, will be charged at $50/hour
-

Four-hour rental of the building and outdoor plaza the day of the wedding
-
Historically restored building includes 3 levels with an elevator

Ballroom with a satellite bar

Balcony access to limited to photographers

Main level with kitchenette for caterers, washrooms, coat room, foyer, seating area with antique hutch

Private dressing room with a personally selected entry code

Granite Cellar Bar

Outdoor plaza with seating and fire tables

Four-hour time frame is flexible, but must end no later than midnight

Additional time the day of the wedding, will be charged $250/hour

Up to four staff members will be working only this event for the rental time:

Event Lead - go-to person for the client and their vendors​

Event Assistant - works with our Event Lead with room set-up, stocking, and cleaning

Bartender(s) - up to 2 bartenders will be included with bar service depending on the size of your wedding.

Extra bartenders may be added at an additional cost for whatever duration.
