Rental of Only the Main Level 

Set-up fee for main level is $50, then the following hourly rates apply:

Sundays $125/hour 

Mondays $50/hour

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays $75/hour

Fridays $125/hour

Saturdays $150/hour

Holidays/Holiday Weekends are $25/hour more*

  • Space accommodates approximately 40 people.

  • Price does not include $250 security deposit or 5.5% sales tax

  • Rental time is based on when client, their vendors, and/or their guests need access to the building

 

Price includes:

On site Event Lead/bartender during your event

Tables – round (8-10 guests), long, and/or cocktail (without chairs)

Chairs

Linens

Use of Bluetooth audio system, wireless microphones, podium, and American flag

Projector and screen

Flameless candles

Use of antique hutch to display photos and photo easel

Coat room

Wi-Fi

Use of the outdoor plaza

 

Extras:

Alcohol & Bar Service - Several alcohol service options available with no required minimums

 

Extra fee for holiday rates is passed on directly to the employees that work during the event
