The Historic
Danes Hall of Waupaca
Where History and Hospitality Meet
Halloween Events

It is rumored that the Danes Hall of Waupaca is haunted. Whether or not we have a spirit, we enjoy getting into the Halloween spirit. We put up decorations, and host a Children's Halloween Party, 21+ Halloween Party, and host a Pumpkin Art Contest. Please keep scrolling for further information.
Downtown Waupaca is the place to be to celebrate Halloween. The 4th Friday in October from 4pm - 6pm is Waupaca's annual Halloween on Main event. Main Street closes to traffic to become a hub for trick or treating and other fun activities geared towards family fun, including Jim Miller's Pumpkin display on the Square. Pictured is a pumpkin that was displayed on the Square in 2023.

Don't forget to walk by the Danes Hall to see our Halloween decorations. The street level windows will be decorated, as well as, a few surprises peeking out of the ballroom windows. And don't miss your photo op in front of the spooky tree.
