Hourly Rental for Entire Building

Includes Grand Ballroom, the Granite Cellar, Main Level and Outdoor Plaza

 

Set-up fee for the entire building is $250, then the following hourly rates apply:

​

  • Prices do not include $250 security deposit or 5.5% sales tax

  • Rental time is based on when client, their vendors, and/or their guests need access to the building

​

Prices include:

  • Up to four staff members will be working only this event for the rental time: 

    • Event Lead - go-to person for the client and their vendors​

    • Event Assistant - works with our Event Lead with room set-up, stocking, and cleaning

    • Bartender - up to 2 bartenders will be included with bar service depending on the size of the event.  

      • Extra bartenders may be added at an additional cost for whatever duration.

  • Private dressing room

  • Tables – round (8-10 guests), long, and/or cocktail (without chairs) with linens

  • Chairs – maximum 150 at tables, 180 for row seating

  • Use of Bluetooth audio system, wireless microphones, podium, and American flag

  • Projector and screen

  • 1896 Steinway and Sons Baby Grand Piano (must only be played by a trained pianist)

  • Flameless candles and custom colored lighting

  • Use of antique Hutch to display photos and photo easel

  • Elevator to 3 levels, Coat room, and Wi-Fi

  • Self-serv water and coffee station

 

Extras:

Alcohol & Bar Service - Several alcohol service options available with no required minimums

 

*Extra fee for holiday rates is passed on directly to the employees that work during the event.
