Wedding Ceremony & Reception Rental

 

Non-holiday Rate ~ $4250                            Holiday/Holiday Weekend Rate* ~ $4750

  • Price does not include $250 security deposit nor the 5.5% sales tax

  • Rental time is based on when the client, their vendors, and/or their guests need access to the property

 

Price includes:

  • Two hours of ballroom access the night before the wedding between the hours of 4pm and 10pm

    • Granite Cellar will be open to the public

      • If the client requests that the Granite Cellar is closed to the public, the regular hourly building rate will apply

    • Additional time the night before or outside of the 4pm to 10pm, will be charged at $50/hour

 

  • Ten-hour rental of the building and outdoor plaza the day of the wedding

    • Historically restored building includes 3 levels with an elevator

      • Ballroom with a satellite bar

        • Balcony access is limited to photographers

      • Main level with washrooms, coat room, foyer, seating area with an antique hutch, and kitchenette for caterers.

        • Private dressing room with a personally selected entry code

      • Granite Cellar Bar

      • Outdoor plaza with seating and fire tables

    • Ten-hour time frame may be flexible, but must end no later than midnight

    • Additional time the day of the wedding, will be charged $250/hour

    • Up to four staff members:

      • Event Lead - the go-to person for the client and their vendors​

      • Event Assistant - works with our Event Lead with room set-up, stocking, and cleaning

      • Bartender(s) - up to 2 bartenders will be included with bar service depending on the size of your wedding.  

        • Extra bartenders may be added at an additional cost for whatever duration.

    • Granite Cellar will be open to the public

      • If the client requests that the Granite Cellar is closed to the public, the regular hourly building rate will apply

    • Additional time the day after or outside of the 10am to 2pm, will be charged at $50/hour

 

  • Use of our:

    • Tables

      • Rounds - seat 8-10 guests

      • Rectangular – 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft available

      • Cocktail

    • Chairs

      • Maximum 150 at tables

      • Maximum 180 for row seating without tables

    • Linens

      • Several napkin color options available

      • Ivory tablecloths for ballroom and main levels

      • Black tablecloths for the Granite Cellar level

    • Bluetooth audio system and wireless microphones

    • Various décor

      • Table numbers, flameless candles

      • Coolers and ice, photo easel, and Smart TV’s

      • Christmas decorations November – January

 

  • Room set ups for ceremony, dinner, and dance, and take down

 

  • Use of our 1896 Steinway and Sons Baby Grand Piano

    • Must be played by a trained pianist

 

  • Self-serv water and coffee station​

 

Extras:

Alcohol & Bar Service - Several alcohol service options available with no required minimums

 

*Extra fee for holiday rate is passed on directly to the employees that work during the event.
